Our Story

It started with a problem we knew how to solve.

We saw the same story over and over — smart, capable people with real transferable skills who couldn't break into tech because they didn't know how to position themselves, which roles to target or what the job actually looked like day to day.

So we built the program we wish had existed when we were starting out. Not a recorded course. Not a certification mill. A live, interactive 6-week experience with actual practitioners coaching you through every step.

We ran it for 16 months. Trained over 50 people. And a strong number of them landed new roles in tech. Then the market shifted and we paused — but we never stopped building. Now we're back, bigger and broader than ever with Tech PM Launchpad.

With 8+ years leading Agile teams across banking, telecom, healthcare, ad tech and enterprise tech, Olu brings deep delivery experience and an educator's instinct for making complex things click. Co-founder of SAAG, he built this program to give career pivoters the roadmap he had to figure out the hard way.

Olu specializes in Agile frameworks, wagile environments, SAFe implementation and helping students find the intersection of their background and a role in tech.

Habeeb is a seasoned Project Manager with enterprise delivery experience across complex, cross-functional programs. He brings the unfiltered truth about what the PM role actually demands — the stakeholder management, the governance, the trade-offs and the wins.

His focus in the program is PM foundations, stakeholder management, risk and the art of delivering on time under pressure. He specializes in giving students the insider perspective that you can't get from a certification textbook.
